ORDERS AND DELIVERIES

PRODUCT INFORMATION

For each Product, images and a description containing the relevant details are provided.

In order to obtain further information about the product and its fit, the Customer can email Customer Service at francescachiarot@radiose.it

 

ORDER PROCESSING

The “Seller” reserves the right to refuse an Order if the Order does not receive approval from the Customer's bank. Once an Order for available products has been placed, no changes can be made to that Order. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately. The “Seller” serves the right to delay a shipment if the Order cannot be shipped for reasons beyond the control of the “Seller”. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in shipping. 

SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY

SHIPPING METHODS 

The “Seller” ships worldwide. In accordance with applicable international trade laws, goods shipped are accompanied by an invoice only if requested.

1. Available Goods

Orders for goods in stock, subject to confirmation of the availability of the items and verification of the positive outcome of the bank transaction, are shipped the next working day following receipt of the Order.

The amount of transactions made by credit card is charged at the time the Order is processed.

In the case of orders placed through PayPal, the shipment is entrusted to the courier at the time the payment is confirmed.

Customers are informed that during promotions and sales there may be delays in shipments.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are handled on the first available business day.

Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

The “Seller”can not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, customs controls or other circumstances beyond the control of the “Seller” itself.

Delivery for shipments to Italy is expected within 3-5 working days (5-6 working days for the islands).During the sales period orders may be subject to delays in both management and shipping, whatever the destination

SHIPPING COSTS

Below are the estimated shipping costs for each geographic area.

Please note that in the event that, for any reason, a package is not picked up by the Customer, the shipping costs and any customs duties associated with the automatic return to sender will be deducted/ withheld, by the “Seller”, from the refund due.

ITALY: Shipping has a cost of €10.00. 

EUROPE:

Shipping costs €30.

UNITED STATES AND CANADA:

The prices shown on the website for the United States of America are not inclusive of any customs duties. 

SHIPPING CHARGES: €50.

The U.S. government consumer agency may require a Social Security Number (SSN) for delivery.

REST OF THE WORLD:

SHIPPING COSTS: € 90

Customers are informed that any customs duties and import taxes are charged to the customer. The relative amount is to be paid to the courier in the manner that will be indicated by the courier.

 

SHIPMENT TRACKING

When the Order is entrusted to the courier, Customers receive an e-mail notification from the “Seller”providing the tracking number/waybill (AWB) number related to the Order. 

To monitor the progress of the shipment, Customers can visit the website of the courier handling the shipment and enter the tracking number of the shipment indicated in the e-mail in the "Track Your Shipments" area.

PACKAGE DELIVERY

Upon delivery of the Order, Customers are requested to inspect the package carefully before signing for it. Packages sent by the Seller are carefully sealed with adhesive tape. 

If the Customer receives a box that has been opened by Customs or the Courier for authorized external inspection. 

If the package appears to be tampered with , the Customer is requested to sign for the package with reservation or refuse delivery of the same. In the event that there is evidence of tampering of the package, the Customer is required to open a complaint file with the local office of the courier in charge of the shipment and to promptly contact the “Seller's” Customer Service at the e-mail address francescachiarot@radiose.it 

In case of a tampered package, if the Customer does not sign the receipt with reserve, the delivery is automatically considered accepted and consequently any claims will not be accepted.

NON-DELIVERY 

All Customers, by placing an Order, establish a business relationship with  the “Seller” and agree to accept delivery of the package relating to their Order. If a package is not delivered to the Customer's address for reasons attributable to Customer's non-cooperation (incorrect/incomplete telephone number, incorrect/incomplete address, absent recipient) or if Customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs of returning the package to the sender shall be borne by the Customer. The costs borne by the Customer include both shipping costs and any customs charges, which shall also be refunded.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

For any reason, Customer may return the Order. 

Items may be returned for refund within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the package. In the event that the Customer has chosen to have the Products requested in a single Order delivered in more than one shipment, or in the event of a Product consisting of multiple lots or pieces to be delivered in more than one shipment, the time limit for exercising the right of withdrawal will begin with the delivery of the last Product.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally sent, neatly packaged and with the return label still attached.

The Product must be returned in its original condition, unused, not exposed to sunlight and/or rain, and must include all its accessory parts and original packaging in order to qualify for a refund. If the returned product does not have the characteristics described above, the product itself will be sent back (with costs borne by the customer) and the price will not be refunded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer, within the period specified above, must send to Customer Service by e-mail at francescachiarot@radiose.it ,or by regular mail at Francesca Chiarot Via Tirana 25 35138 Padova Italy , a notice indicating the intention of the same customer to exercise the right of withdrawal, this notice must contain the following information: the order number, description / name or code of the product to be returned and the reason for return.

After submitting the above request, the customer will receive confirmation of receipt of the request. The return is at the expense of the Customer who undertakes, in any case, to return the products for which he has exercised his right of withdrawal without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which he communicated to the Seller his request for withdrawal from the contract.

In the event that the Customer requests a refund of the returned Order, the refund will be made, without delay, only after receipt of the package and quality control of the returned items.

The above refund will be made by crediting the amount paid by the customer, minus the shipping costs incurred for the purchase and any expenses for the return of which in the paragraph "Shipping costs of the return" below, to be made with the same method of payment used for the purchase.

The ”Seller” is not required to refund the cost of delivery of products purchased.

 The “Seller” will confirm, in any case, to the customer by e-mail the refund of the price.

The “Seller” will issue a refund within 14 working days of receipt of the return.

Refunds are issued in the same currency of the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to changes in the exchange rate and will not be refunded.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Customers are asked to follow the return policy below:

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally sent, neatly packaged and with the return label still attached.

Returned items must not have been worn, altered in any way.

Items must be returned without tampering with the warranty seal, which, therefore, must be perfectly intact and with all original labels, wrappers and other accessories (chain, removable studs, screws blocking shoulder strap, etc..) received in the package.  Accessories must be returned in their original packaging, which must not be damaged or altered or used as a packing box for shipping.

Returns must be shipped in the packaging box originally used by (((radiose))) , accompanied by a copy of the invoice.

The “Seller” reserves the right to refuse the return of those products that are damaged, deteriorated, dirty or are in a state such as to suggest, unequivocally, that they have been used for purposes other than the verification of the customer strictly necessary to ascertain the nature and characteristics of the product purchased.

The Product must be returned in its original condition, unused, not exposed to sunlight and/or rain, and must include all its accessory parts and original packaging in order to qualify for a refund. If the returned product does not have the characteristics described above, the product itself will be sent back (with costs borne by the customer) and the price will not be refunded.

In case of rejection of the return, the “Seller” will send notice to the customer and will not proceed to refund the price paid by the same.

All items of (((radiose))) have been made from carefully selected natural leathers, treated with vegetable tanning. Therefore each product has unique characteristics of natural leather, such as veining, the play between light and dark , the irregular grain and its reaction to water and scratching.

These characteristics, as well as scratches and any imperfections, are to be considered qualities and not defects, therefore fundamental elements of the leather due to the craftsmanship of the Product.

If Customer requests a refund because it sees a defect in these features, the “Seller” reserves the right to make the final decision whether to accept or reject the return.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs for the return of purchased items are the sole responsibility of the customer who assumes, also, the risk of the shipment itself, as well as any customs charges.

Customers are informed that any customs duties and import taxes are charged to the customer.

Returns must be shipped from the same country in which the order was originally shipped. 

Authorized returns may be shipped, subject to the terms indicated under "Returns and Refunds" above, by sending the return to the following address:

In the latter case, to ensure that the package is not lost, it is advisable to request the tracking of the shipment. It remains in any case understood that the responsibility of the return is at the sole expense of the customer.
